Order Handling & Shipping
All orders are dispatched within 24–48 working hours. In case of maintenance, shipping timelines may be affected. If you do not receive shipping information, kindly contact us on 8928603443 or Email at estelinindia@gmail.com.
Although we are confident you will love your Estelin products, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch and we will make it right.
Wrong Item Delivered
- Raise a replacement request within 3 days from the date of delivery at estelinindia@gmail.com or on 8928603443 with pictures of the wrong item delivered and your Order ID.
- Allow us 48 working hours to review your replacement request.
- Upon review, we will send our courier partner to collect the wrong product delivered to you.
- If our reverse pickup service is unavailable at your location, we will assist with an alternative solution.
- Once the wrong product is picked up, we will ship your replacement product (depending on stock availability, otherwise a refund will be issued).
Item Damaged

- Allow us 48 working hours to review your request.
- After review, we will send our courier partner to collect the damaged product.

- Once the damaged product is collected, we will ship your replacement product (depending on stock availability, otherwise a refund will be issued).
Cases Where Return/Replacement is Not Possible
- Opened, used, or altered products
- Missing original packaging (cartons, labels, etc.)
- Requests made after 3 days from the date of delivery
Order Cancellation
Order cancellation is allowed before your order is processed. Once the order has been processed, cancellation is not possible.
Shipping Charges
We offer FREE shipping on all orders above a minimum order amount, which may vary from time to time. Cash-On-Delivery is also available. Shipping rates shown at checkout are considered final.
