1. Overview

At Estelin India, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide you with the best quality skincare products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

Please Note:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Gift cards, promotional items, or free samples are non-returnable.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at estelinindia@gmail.com with your order ID, reason for return, and supporting images (if applicable).
  2. Our support team will review your request within 24–48 working hours.
  3. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email along with the return shipping instructions.
  4. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging to the address provided by our team.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment.
  • In case of online payment, refunds will be credited to your bank account or card as per your bank’s processing timeline.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace a product, please initiate a return and place a new order once the return is approved.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at estelinindia@gmail.com with clear photos. We will send a replacement or issue a refund after verification.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided they haven’t been shipped.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

8. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Products that have been opened or used.
  • Items purchased during flash sales or clearance.
  • Free gifts or promotional items.
